option with our tours, and our new "Musical Detective"
program is a hit!
Tour Booking Guidelines
- Do not lose your paperwork, please remember to return green
copy. Duplicates will not be sent out.
- Only group leader may call farm for questions; please do not
call before 9 a.m.
- Arrange busses ahead of time and let us know how many busses
are coming.
- Please double check pricing for the children and adults.
- Make a copy of the map of our farm for every parent driving.
- Arrange carpooling whenever possible. We have limited parking.
- Please let us know on your contract whether you are buying
caramel apples or shopping in our store. Please let us know
in advance how many apples you will be purchasing.
- Do not call the farm for a weather report on the day of your
tour, please consult the paper or TV news.
- Group leader would ride up front with bus driver to guide
them to our farm. Make sure you use the correct driveway. We
have a log cabin in the center of our sign and a banjo on the
top right. Your group name will be posted right in front.
- Your deposit of $70 is due two weeks from the booking date
(or pre-arranged date) or you will have no tour.
- If you must cancel your tour, your must do so no later than
3 weeks prior to tour, otherwise there will be a $100 cancellation
fee.
- Make arrangements to be here 1/2 hour before your tour starts.
- Collect all monies ahead of time for tour and apples.
- Pre-choose activities 2 weeks after booking date.
- Homeschools must pay in full 1 month in advance. Don't forget
to subtract the $70 deposit fee.
- Closed toe shoes are best to wear, please wear layered clothing
if weather is questionable. Better to have an extra jacket just
in case.
- Please use maps provided or a Thomas Guide. Do NOT use Mapquest.
Please be sure that your drivers and parents instruct your children
about the farm rules.
